Greetings Poker Volunteers,
I just wanted to thank all of you for helping during our recent charity poker event. Sixteen knights volunteered their time to make this event possible. After paying our location rental fee ($500) to Vision Lanes and giving Krazy Kopz their share ($4383) we retained $5969 profit for our charity account. I had hoped to net close to $7000 like we did last winter, but we just didn’t have enough activity. We needed a big finale on Sunday, but it turned out to be a very weak day. According to the floor manager it was below normal all day. The charity who worked during the day Sunday also did below expectations. Nevertheless, we now have about 6k in our charity account that we didn’t have before, and it’s all due to your efforts. Thanks again for your help. We will do it again next winter on March 25-28.
